Yoghurt & Mango Mousse

Ingredients...

- 85g packet mango flavoured jelly crystals
- 250ml boiling water
- 400g low fat plain/fruity yoghurt
- 1 medium size banana, sliced thinly
- 1 medium size kiwi, sliced thinly
- 75g blueberries



How to...

1. Stir jelly crystals with water in a small heat proof bowl until dissolved.
2. Cooled slightly, then refrigerate for about 20mins or until cold. However, do not let it set.
3. Whisk yoghurt and jelly until smooth. Divide mixture into 6 cups.
4. Cover and refrigerate for about 2hours or until set.


fast and easy dessert to be served for a party!
