Sweet and Sour Pork

Ingredients...

- 500g pork belly
- 1/2 green, red and yellow capsicum
- 1/2 onion
- 150g pineapples
- some cornstarch
- 10tbsp water

marinade:
- 1tsp light soy sauce
- some pepper
- 1 egg, beaten

seasoning:
- 5tbsp chilli sauce
- 8tbsp ketchup
- 2tbsp sugar
- 1tbsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
- 2tbsp white vinegar



How to...

1. Cut pork into cubes, about 30g each. Mix well with marinade and chill for 1hour in fridge. Cut capsicums, onion and pineapple into cubes.

2. Coat pork with cornstarch evenly.

3. Heat oil in wok and deep fry pork until golden brown. Remove and drain.

4. Heat some oil in wok, stir fry capsicums, onion and pineapple. Add seasoning and water, and bring to a boil. Add pork and toss evenly.



Simplest sweet sour pork recipe!!
