Ingredients...
- 400g guavas
- 1 yellow lemon
- 10g dried mango slice
- 10g raisins
- 5g "nine-step" preserved tangerine peel, dice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
How to...
1. Cut guava into small pieces. Grate lemon zest and set aside. Squeeze half the lemon for juice.
2. Mix all ingredients. Chill in fridge before serving. It can be stored for 1-2days.
Something different for a starter or side dish!
