Daily Herbal Tea

Slimming Beauty Tea:

- 6g chuan bei
- 6g tangerine peel
- 6g yi ren (chinese pearl barley)
- 18g haw
- 11g dried rose
- 2 wu mei (black prune)
- 1.5L water

1. Put all herbs into a pot and add water.
2. Bring to boil over high heat and steep for about 15mins.

*serve warm
*degreases, helps excrete waste and relive water retention



Herbal Tea:
- 6g mulberry leaves
- 6g chrysanthemum
- 6g tangerine peel
- 6g zhi gan cao
- 1.5L water

1. Put all herbs into a pot and add water.
2. Bring to boil over high heat and steep for about 15mins.

*serve warm
*moistens the lungs and dissolves phlegm, relieves summer heat and promotes good complexion



Daily Health Care Tea:

- 18g Huang Qi
- 18g wolfberries
- 3 red dates
- 1.5L water

1. Put all herbs into a pot and add water.
2. Bring to boil over high heat and steep for about 15mins.

*serve warm
*boosts immune system, improves eyesight and invigorates vital energy



Wolfberries and Chrysanthemum Tea:

- 11g ginseng root
- 11g chrysanthemum
- 18g huang qi
- 3 red dates
- 1.5L water

1. Put all herbs into a pot and add water.
2. Bring to boil over high heat and steep for about 15mins.

*serve warm
*builds up resistance, improves eyesight and invigorates vital energy
