Durian Cake

Poor Meow... Back from FRA on 16th and have to help me with baking on 17th.

Mum's birthday on Sun n Jie Fu is on Sat. So for ONCE(only!), i decided to bake them a cake.

first durian cake: for my sister husband...


second durian cake: for mother...


Touching up the sides after my finger slipped n poke a hole in the cake. =(


We also managed to bake durian swiss roll.. but i was too focused on decorating, that i completely forgot to take pictures till Cat whipped out hers when we were packing up..


Without Meow's help, i'm sure my cakes/bakes will be a complete disaster and total upside-down failure.
